This card came from Taiwan.
I noticed that she wrote it as   "Where's Waldo?".
However I'm familiar with "Where's Wally?".
According to Wiki, his name is would change in many way.

For example:

In France--Charlie
In Germany---Walter
In Turkey---Ali
